Who we are

Our founder, Peter Fox Linton, has worked in international executive search in areas of asset and wealth management for 20 years. He has a track record for working closely with clients to hire individuals and teams at senior level for top quality private banks and wealth management companies. For 11 years, Peter was a partner in the UK’s leading executive search company, Odgers Berndtson, where he concentrated on hiring into senior leadership roles and on multiple hiring to build teams and businesses in London and internationally.

Peter was commissioned from the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and served in the British Army before starting his executive search career in London in 2000.
